Numerical simulation of multi-cluster limited flow perforation fracturing in tight oil horizontal wells
Good results have been achieved in tight oil reservoirs at home and abroad by using multi-cluster limited flow perforation and large-scale volume fracturing in horizontal wells. However, with the gradual increase of fracture scale, the stress interference between clusters and the abrasion effect of the perforation will be further strengthened, which will lead to the uneven degree of transformation between clusters.There-fore,how to ensure the uniform and sufficient transformation of multi-clusters within the segment has be-come the focus of fracturing optimization design. Therefore,a numerical model of multi-cluster fracturing propagation is established to simulate the effects of sand concentration, construction displacement,perfora-tion number and perforation aperture of each cluster on fracturing propagation. It provides a basis for the op-timization of multi-cluster limited flow perforation and construction parameters, and has a good guidance for promoting the balanced expansion of multi-cluster fractures and improving the fracturing effect.
