Objective To investigate the application effect of course appropriate rehabilitation management based on objective management theory in young patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 126 young patients with cerebral infarction were included in a prospective randomized controlled trial design and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, and the observation group implemented the rehabilitation management based on objective management theory on the basis of conventional treatment.Motor function, ability of daily living, neurological impairment, quality of life and treatment effectiveness were evaluated in the two groups before and after intervention. Results FMA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.9±5.2 vs 89.0±6.1),ADL score was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.3±2.4 vs 18.5±2.8),NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(9.0±2.4 vs 10.1±2.2),SV-SS-QoL score was significantly higher than that of the control group(58.0±3.9 vs 47.5±4.4),there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(Z=2.021,P=0.043).Conclusion Based on the theory of objective management, the rehabilitation management with appropriate course of disease can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of young patients with cerebral infarction, improve the motor function, daily living ability and the quality of life, and reduce the neurological function damage.
