Vestibular migraine is mainly characterized by recurrent episodes of dizziness or vertigo accompanied by headache,and there is significant variability in clinical symptoms among individuals.Currently,the diagnosis is mainly based on medical history,as there is a lack of definitive laboratory or imaging evidence.The clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates are high,and the effective control rate is not high.There is a strong correlation between vestibular migraine and sleep disorders.Sleep disorders are mainly characterized by difficulty falling asleep,easy awakening,or early awakening.Vestibular migraine patients often have symptoms related to sleep disorders,which in turn lead to more frequent and severe episodes of vestibular migraine.Clarifying the association between vestibular migraine and sleep disorders will further deepen our understanding of vestibular migraine and have important implications for guiding subsequent treatment,preventing relapses,and providing lifestyle guidance.
