摘要
【目的】探讨吸入物变应原过筛试验（Phadiatop）检测对儿童支气管哮喘诊断的实用价值。【方法】收集在湖南省人民医院儿科医学中心住院期间检测过 Padiatop 的喘憋性肺炎和疑似支气管哮喘患儿267例，患儿年龄2～3岁，以电话及门诊来院进行随访观察3年，了解其儿童支气管哮喘发病情况及相关的临床表现。【结果】①111例Phadiatop阳性观察组中，随访中符合支气管哮喘者67例（60．36％）；156例 Phadiatop检测阴性观察组中，随访中符合支气管哮喘29例（19．59％），两组支气管哮喘比例相比较差异具有显著性（ P＜0．01）；②两组患儿中反复喘息、运动喘息、因喘息住院、喘息急诊、过敏性鼻炎、湿疹、哮喘发生率相比较差异具有显著性（ P＜0．01）。【结论】对Phadiatop检测阳性进行远期观察对预测和诊断儿童支气管哮喘具有重要参考价值。
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the value of Phadiatop detection in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma in children .[Methods] Totally 267 patients with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia and suspected bronchial asth-ma who were detected by Phadiatop in pediatric medical center of Hunan provincial people's hospital were col-lected .The age was 2~3 years old .All patients were followed up by telephone and clinic service for 3 years . The occurrence and clinical manifestation of bronchial asthma in children were analyzed .[Results] In Phadi-atop-positive observation group( n =111) ,67 patients(60 .36% ) were bronchial asthma during follow up .In Phadiatop-negative observation group( n =156) ,29 patients(19 .59% ) were bronchial asthma during follow up .There was significant difference in the proportion of bronchial asthma between 2 groups( P < 0 .01) . There were significant differences in the incidence of recurrent asthma ,exercise-induced asthma ,hospitaliza-tion due to asthma ,asthma emergence ,allergic rhinitis ,eczema and asthma between two groups( P<0 .01) .[Conclusion] Long-term observation for Phadiatop-positive patients is of great value for the prediction and di-agnosis of bronchial asthma in children .
