The Effects of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy on Ovarian Function,Inflammatory Factors and T Lymphocyte Subsets
[Objective]To explore the effects of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian function,in-flammatory factors, and T lymphocyte subsets in patients.[Methods]A total of 76 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and di-vided into a control group and an observation group based on different surgical methods, with 38 cases in each group. The control group underwent open ovarian cystectomy, while the observation group underwent laparo-scopic ovarian cystectomy.Ovarian function[estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+)before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.[Results]FSH and LH increased in both groups 3 months after surgery, but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);E2 levels decreased in both groups 3 months after surgery, but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The postoper-ative levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pre-operative CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).On the 1st day after surger-y,the serum CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ levels in both groups of patients were significantly lower than be-fore surgery, but the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).The serum CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ levels in the observation group patients re-turned to preoperative levels 3 days after surgery.[Conclusion]Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery can effectively promote the recovery of ovarian function in patients, reduce the body's inflammatory response,in-crease the level of T lymphocyte subsets, and alleviate the suppression of cellular immune function, which is beneficial for postoperative recovery of patients.
