The Predictive Value of Preoperative Serum Lp-PLA2 and NLRP3 Levels for MACE in High-Risk Coronary Heart Disease Patients Treated with IABP Assisted PCI
[Objective]To explore the predictive value of preoperative serum lipoprotein associated phospho-lipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and nucleotide binding oligomeric domain like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)levels for cardio-vascular adverse events(MACE)in high-risk coronary heart disease patients undergoing intra-aortic balloon coun-terpulsation(IABP)assisted percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).[Methods]A total of 120 high-risk coro-nary heart disease patients admitted to our hospital were selected and all underwent IABP assisted PCI treatment.The incidence of MACE within 6 months after surgery was statistically analyzed and divided into the non MACE group and the MACE group.The preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 levels were compared between the two groups NLRP3 level.The correlation between preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 and NLRP3 levels and the degree of coronary stenosis were analyzed.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of preop-erative serum Lp-PLA2 and NLRP3 level in predicting postoperative MACE.[Results]The incidence of MACE in 120 high-risk coronary heart disease patients after IABP assisted PCI was 34.17%(41/120);Preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 in the MACE group The levels of NLRP3 were higher than those in the non MACE group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 The level of NLRP3 was positively corre-lated with the degree of coronary stenosis(rs=0.750,0.815,all P<0.05).The level of preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 and NLRP3 in severe patients was higher those in moderate and mild patients,with moderate patients having higher levels than mild patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve pre-dicted by preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 and NLRP3 level alone was 0.770 and 0.844,respectively.The joint predic-tion of AUC by the two was 0.909(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The level of Preoperative serum Lp-PLA2 and NLRP3 was positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis in high-risk coronary heart disease pa-tients.The combined detection of the two can provide a certain reference for clinical prediction of MACE in high-risk coronary heart disease patients after IABP assisted PCI surgery.
