The Effects of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection Combined with Trimetazidine on Electrocardiogram and Cardiac Function Levels in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris
[Objective]To explore the effects of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection combined with Trimetazidine on e-lectrocardiogram and cardiac function in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).[Methods]A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 106 UAP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with Danshen Chuanxion-gqin Injection+trimetazidine.We compared between two groups in terms of the clinical efficacy,seizure frequency,nitro-glycerin dosage,duration,cardiac function[cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke output(SV)],and electrocardiogram changes[ST segment depression amplitude],ST segment depression frequency,serum bio-chemical indicators,angiopoietin like protein 2(Angptls2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),C1q tumor necrosis factor related protein 1(CTRP1)and occurrence of adverse reactions.[Results]The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the seizure frequency,nitroglycerin dosage,and duration of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observa-tion group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);CO,LVEF and SV of two sets were both higher than those be-fore treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The ST segment depression amplitude and the number of ST segment depressions of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);The levels of Serum An-gptls2,ox-LDL and CTRP1 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was low-er than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection and Trimetazidine has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of UAP,which helps to alleviate patient symptoms,improve heart function,and has high safety.
