Value of Lumen Enhanced CT Density of Dual Source CT Coronary Angiography in Evaluating Degree of Coronary Artery Stenosis and Influencing Factors
[Objective]To explore the value of lumen enhanced CT density of dual source CT coronary angiography in evaluating the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and analyze the relevant factors affecting the evaluation of coronary artery stenosis by dual source CT coronary angiography.[Methods]The medical records of 102 patients with coronary artery stenosis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the degree of coronary artery stenosis, they were divided into mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group. The CT enhanced density val-ues of proximal and distal lumens were calculated by dual source CT coronary angiography.Spearman corre-lation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between intraluminal CT enhancement value and the de-gree of lumen stenosis. The area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC)was used to evaluate the value of enhanced CT density in evaluating the degree of intraluminal stenosis. In addition, logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors affecting the evaluation of coronary steno-sis by dual source CT coronary angiography.[Results]Lumen enhanced CT density in the moderate stenosis and severe stenosis group were higher than that in the mild stenosis group(P<0.05).Spearman correla-tion analysis showed that the enhancement value of intraluminal CT was positively correlated with the degree of lumen stenosis(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the AUC of enhanced CT density value for ROC diagnosis of intraluminal stenosis was 0.842(95%CI:0.756-0.929).Logistic stepwise multivariate re-gression analysis showed that Agatston score increased, heart rate variability>15 beats/min,body mass in-dex>25 kg/m2,venous pollution, and the increase of contrast-enhanced density of intracavitary CT were risk factors for intervention of dual source CT coronary angiography to evaluate coronary stenosis(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Lumen enhanced CT density can improve the accuracy of dual source CT coronary angi-ography in the evaluation of coronary artery stenosis.
