Clinical Efficacy and Safety Observation of Goserelin Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Endometriosis Complicated with Infertility Patients
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of goserelin combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility patients.[Methods]A total of 88 patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into the observa-tion group(treated with goserelin combined with laparoscopic surgery)and the control group(treated with laparoscopic surgery)according to a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Two groups were compared in terms of treatment efficacy,overall incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of endo-metriosis 2 years after surgery,as well as serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estra-diol(E2),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels before and 6 months after treat-ment.[Result]The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,E2,and ROS in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of FSH,LH,E2,and ROS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,the levels of GSH-PX in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group had higher levels of GSH-PX than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of goserelin and laparoscopic surgery is effec-tive in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility.It can regulate the patient's sex hormone levels,improve oxidative stress response,reduce recurrence rate,increase pregnancy rate,and has good safety.
