[Objective]To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT),cystatin C(cys C),and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the diagnostic process of heart failure patients.[Methods]Fifty heart failure patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups.The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP were also compared among patients with different grades of cardiac function in the observation group,as well as the changes in these indicators before and after treatment in the patients.[Results]The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP at admission in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Among the 50 heart failure patients,the levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP decreased from cardiac function grade Ⅳ to grade Ⅱ,with statistically significant differences between patients of different grades(P＜0.05).The levels of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP at discharge after treatment in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]Combined detection of cTnT,cys C,and NT-proBNP has diagnostic value in the process of diagnosing heart failure patients and is also important for evaluating the prognosis of heart failure treatment.
