Effect of Minimally Invasive Endometrial Therapy under Hysteroscopy on Uterine Endometrial Re-ceptivity in Women with Infertility
[Objective]To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic endometrial minimally invasive surgery on postoper-ative endometrial receptivity in female infertility patients.[Methods]A total of 50 female infertility patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(receiving conventional drug treatment)and the observation group(receiving hysteroscopic endometrial minimally invasive surgery on the basis of control group)according to random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The endometrial blood flow parameters and endometrial receptivity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]Be-fore treatment, there were no significant differences in uterine artery blood flow pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)as well as endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).One week after treatment, the PI and RI of uterine artery blood flow and endometrial thickness of the two groups were improved in both groups(P<0.05).In addi-tion,the PI and RI of uterine artery blood flow and endometrial thickness in the observation group improved more signifi-cantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Hysteroscopic endometrial minimally in-vasive surgery for female infertility patients can improve endometrial blood flow parameters and endometrial acceptability to improve the implantation rate and pregnancy rate.
