Meta-Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP and other databases were searched by computer to collect clinical randomized controlled trials of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.According to the Cochrane bias risk assessment, the quality of the literature was analyzed, and Revman 5.3 and Stata 16 software were used for data analysis. Results A total of 12 literatures were included in this study, with a total of 1 237 patients,of which 617 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 620 patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine. The total effective rate was significantly better than that of western medicine alone[RR=1.23(1.17,1.29),I2=0,P<0.01],and the improvement of ankle-brachial index after integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was better than that of western medicine alone[MD=0.11(0.09,0.13),I2=18%,P<0.01].Conclusion The total clinical effective rate and ankle-brachial index index of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease are better than those of simple western medicine treatment.
