Status and Influencing Factors of Social Participation in Patients with Permanent Enterostomy
Objective To explore the status of social participation in patients with permanent enterostomy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 152 patients with permanent enterostomy treated in the first ward,second ward and wound stomy outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.Social participation scale,resourcefulness scale and social impact scale were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of social participation in patients with permanent enterostomy.Results The score of social participation feeling in patients with permanent enterostomy was(80.38±12.95)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,postoperative time,wisdom and stigma were the influencing factors of the social participation in patients with permanent enterostomy(P<0.05).Conclusion Permanent enterostomy patients have poor social participation feeling.Age,postoperative time,resourcefulness and stigma are the main influencing factors of social participation feeling in patients with permanent enterostomy,suggesting that medical staff should pay attention to relevant influencing factors and take intervention measures to improve patients'resourcefulness and reduce their stigma,so as to enhance patients'happiness of social participation.
