Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with miR-151a-3p and miR-1285-3p in Patients with Tuberculous Pleurisy
Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with miR-151a-3p and miR-1285-3p in patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods A total of 100 patients with tuberculous pleurisy who visited Henan Chest Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as TP group, and 100 healthy control group as CO group.Color doppler ultrasound and miR-151a-3p and miR-1285-3p detection were performed in the two groups, respectively, and the detection results of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results Compared with CO group,PSV in TP group was significantly increased(P<0.05),RI was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with CO group, the expression of miR-151a-3p in serum of TP group was significantly increased, and the expression of miR-1285-3p was significantly decreased(P<0.05).PSV was positively correlated with miR-151a-3p in serum(r=0.937,P<0.001)and negatively correlated with miR-1285-3p in serum(r=-0.835,P<0.001).RI was negatively correlated with miR-151a-3p in serum(r=-0.951,P<0.001),and positively correlated with miR-1285-3p(r=0.835,P<0.001).The AUC for color Doppler ultrasound detection was 0.729,that for serum miR-151a-3p detection was 0.707,that for serum miR-1285-3p detection was 0.629,and that for the combination of the three was 0.898.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with miR-151a-3p and miR-1285-3p in the diagnosis of patients with tuberculous pleurisy is more comprehensive, more effective and more objective than single detection, which can make more targeted treatment methods and achieve accurate treatment.
