Effects of AngioJet Mechanical Thrombus Clearance in Patients with Acute Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis
Objective To investigate the application effects of AngioJet mechanical thrombus removal in the treatment of acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods A total of 76 patients with acute lower limb DVT in Nanyang First People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with AngioJet mechanical thrombus removal, and the control group was treated with percutaneous manual aspiration thrombectomy(MAT).The thrombotic clearance rate, surgical related indexes, circumference difference of the injured limb, coagulation fibrinolysis indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)]and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The thrombus clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the time of thrombus catheterization was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The difference between the circumference diameter of the thigh and the calf on the healthy side of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group on 3 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer between the two groups on 3 and 7 days after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both AngioJet mechanical thrombus clearance and MAT in the treatment of acute lower limb DVT can improve the coagulation function of patients with good overall performance, but the former has more advantages in thrombus clearance rate and catheterization and thrombus removal time, and is more conducive to alleviating the symptoms of lower limb edema on the affected side.
