Influence of Special Rehabilitation Training on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation in Rehabilitation Stage
Objective To explore the effect of special rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)in the rehabilitation period. Methods A total of 94 LDH rehabilitation patients who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected.Patients who visited from February to October 2021 were assigned to the routine rehabilitation group, and patients who visited from November 2021 to July 2022 were assigned to the specialized rehabilitation training group,47 patients in each group. The routine rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing(lumbar traction, massage, medication intervention, routine rehabilitation exercise, etc.),while the specialized rehabilitation training group received specialized rehabilitation training on the basis of the routine rehabilitation group. The exercise compliance, oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),visual analogue scale(VAS)scores, and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the exercise compliance of the specialized rehabilitation training group(95.74%)was higher than that of the conventional rehabilitation group(74.47%)(P<0.05).After 1 week,1 month, and 3 months of intervention, the VAS scores in two groups showed gradual downward trends, and the VAS score in specialized rehabilitation training group was lower than that in the routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the SAS and ODI scores in the specialized rehabilitation training group were lower than those in the routine rehabilitation group, while the GSES score was higher than that in the routine rehabilitation group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the specialized rehabilitation training group(97.87%)was higher than that of the routine rehabilitation group(80.85%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The specialized rehabilitation training can enhance self-efficacy,improve exercise compliance, alleviate lumbar dysfunction, reduce pain levels, improve negative emotions, and increase satisfaction in LDH rehabilitation patients.
