Effects of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide for Injection on Cardiac Function Index,Readmission Rate and Inflammatory Factors in Acute Heart Failure
Objective To explore the effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection on cardiac function index, readmission rate and inflammatory factors in acute heart failure. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute heart failure admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2021 to July 2022 were studied and divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 45 cases received oxygen inhalation, prolol drugs, diuretic drugs, pulliform drugs, low salt diet, cardiac tonic and other treatment.Observation group 45 cases were treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection on the basis of control group.Efficacy, cardiac function indexes[Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),cardiac output(CO)],tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),N-terminal portion of proBNP(NT-proBNP),transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)level,readmission rate, heart rate and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the levels of cardiac function indexes(LVEF,CI,CO)were increased after intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of IL-6,TGF-β1,NT-proBNP,hs-CRP and TNF-α were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the readmission rate and heart rate of the observation group were decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection improves cardiac function, reduces inflammation, and reduces readmission rates in patients with acute heart failure.
