Efficacy of Butylphthalide Combined with Ticagrelor in Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To investigate the efficacy of butylphthalide combined with ticagrelor on ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD)patients and its influences on psychological state and cognitive function. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,120 ICD patients admitted to Xinxiang Central Hospital were taken as the research subjects, and grouped into control group(60 cases)and combined group(60 cases)by random number table method. All patients received routine treatment, the control group was treated with ticagrelor, and the combined group was treated with ticagrelor combined with butylphthalide. After 2 weeks of treatment, the curative effect, psychological state, neurological function, cognitive function, serological indexes[calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),homocysteine(Hcy)]and adverse drug reactions(ADR)were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the ticagrelor group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),neurological deficit(NDF)scale, and serum Hcy level in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score and serum CGRP level in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the combined group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The ADRs in the combined group and control groupwere 8.33%and 5.00%,respectively,and there was no difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with ticagrelor for ICD patients has better curative effect, and it can regulate serum CGRP and Hcy levels, improve neurological and cognitive functions, reduce negative psychology, and has less ADR.
