Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hufu Tongbian scraping and gua sha intervention for gastroparesis with liver and stomach disharmony.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,61 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM with hepatogastric disharmony type of gastric pain were selected as 31 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group,all of whom were treated with conventional therapy,oral omeprazole and traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment group was treated with additional scraping with Hufu Tongbian scraping.The TCM symptom scores,Hamilton anxiety inventory(HAMA),and gastrointestinal quality of life index scale(GIQLI)were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores,HAMA,and GIQLI scores were reduced in both the treatment and control groups,but the reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hufu Tongbian scraping is more effective in intervening in stomach and liver pain.
