Therapeutic Effect of Jianpi Zhuyu Formula Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application and Ironing on Elderly Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy with Spleen Deficiency and Kidney Stasis Syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Zhuyu Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and ironing in the treatment of elderly idiopathic membranous nephropathy with spleen deficiency and kidney stasis syndrome.Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled study.According to the random number table method,100 elderly patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy with spleen deficiency and kidney stasis syndrome admitted to Xinmi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to June 2022 were divided into a control group(50 cases,routine basic treatment+traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and ironing)and an observation group(50 cases,routine basic treatment+traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and ironing+Jianpi Zhuyu Formula treatment),all of which were continuously treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy at 3 months of treatment,renal function indexes and hemorheology levels before treatment and at 3 months of treatment were compared.And the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was counted.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the control group showed higher levels of blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein quantification,and blood creatinine compared to the observation group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of fibrinogen,D-dimer,and plasma viscosity in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zhuyu Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and ironing has a significant clinical effect on senile idiopathic membranous nephropathy with spleen deficiency and kidney stasis syndrome,which is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the level of renal function and hemorheology indicators,and does not significantly increase adverse reactions.
