Diagnostic Value of DCE-MRI,CT and Mammary Gland Molybdenum Target in Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis of Breast Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI),CT and mammary gland molybdenum target(MG)in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 148 cases of breast cancer diagnosed and treated in Henan Cancer Hospital and Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were examined by DCE-MRI,CT and MG,and the diagnostic value of three examination methods and their combination in axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer patients was compared. Results After pathological diagnosis,71 cases of axillary lymph node metastasis were found in 148 patients with breast cancer. In DCE-MRI,70 cases were true positive,17 cases were false positive,1 case was false negative and 60 cases were true negative. In CT,62 cases were true positive,19 cases were false positive,9 cases were false negative and 58 cases were true negative. In MG,41 cases were true positive,8 cases were false positive,30 cases were false negative and 69 cases were true negative. In combined examination,70 cases were true positive,3 cases were false positive,1 cases were false negative and 74 cases were true negative.Receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under curve(AUC)of DCE-MRI,CT,MG and combined diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients were 0.883,0.56,0.737 and 0.973,respectively.The sensitivity of combination was higher than that of CT and MG(P<0.05),the specificity of combination was higher than that of DCE-MRI and CT(P<0.05),and the accuracy of combination was higher than that of DCE-MRI,CT and MG(P<0.05).The sensitivity of DCE-MRI was higher than that of CT and MG,and the specificity of DCE-MRI was lower than that of MG,the accuracy was higher than that of MG(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CT was higher than that of MG,and the specificity of CT was lower than that of MG(P<0.05).Conclusion DCE-MRI and CT have high sensitivity in diagnosing axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients, while MG has high specificity. The combination of DCE-MRI,CT and MG can improve the diagnostic value of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients.
