Effects of Individualized Cardiac Rehabilitation Management Based on Cardiac Rehabilitation Demand on Patients with Heart Failure
Objective To explore the effects of individualized cardiac rehabilitation management based on cardiac rehabilitation demand on patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 144 patients with heart failure admitted to Henan People's Hospital were retrospectively enrolled between January and December 2022,including 70 cases given routine nursing in routine group and 74 cases given routine nursing combined with individualized cardiac rehabilitation management based on cardiac rehabilitation demand in experimental group. The self-management behaviors[self-care of heart failure index(SCHFI)],coping styles[medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)],quality of life[Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)],psychological state[state-trait anxiety inventory(ST-AI),symptom check list-90(SCL-90)]and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results After intervention, scores of SCHFI and facing dimension in MCMQ were increased in both groups, which were higher in experimental group than routine group(P<0.05),while scores of MLHFQ,ST-AI and SCL-90 were decreased, which were lower in experimental group than routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in routine group(91.89%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized cardiac rehabilitation management based on cardiac rehabilitation demand can effectively improve self-management behaviors, improve coping styles and quality of life, and relieve psychological state in patients with heart failure.
