Clinical Application and Prospect of Mini-midline Catheter in Emergency Treatment
The nursing research of mini-midline catheter was reviewed from four aspects,including overview,operation method,emergency clinical application and prospect,to provide reference for the selection of intravenous infusion tools in emergency department and further research.The mini-midline catheter can be used in emergency catheterization,providing a safe and effective venous access device for the intravenous therapy of emergency patients,while reducing the cost effectiveness of the infusion from the central venous access,which has become one of the research hotspots in emergency treatment.This paper reviews the history and application status of mini-midline catheter treatment,introduces its operation methods,focuses on the evaluation of the indications and clinical application experience and advantages of mini-midline catheter,and analyzes the clinical application prospect of mini-midline catheter in emergency treatment,and puts forward suggestions for the development of mini-midline catheter treatment based on our national conditions.
