Objective To investigate the application of arthrography in the separation of distal humeral epiphysis in children,and to evaluate its effect and value through meta-analysis.Methods By searching Wanfang Database,VIP Database,CNKI,Ringer,SpringerLink,Google Scholar,PubMed and other databases,and using Review Manager 5.3 software for meta-analysis.The arthrography examination group was considered as the experimental group and routine X-ray group as the control group,the differences in preoperative misdiagnosis and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results A total of 10 English literature,36 Chinese literature,and 8 standard literature were screened,and meta-analysis showed that the misdiagnosis rate in the experimental group was reduced(OR=0.20,95％CI:0.08-0.50,P＜0.001,I2=0).Postoperative complications were reduced(OR=0.10,95％CI:0.03-0.35,P＜0.001,I2=0).Conclusion Elbow arthrography has obvious advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of distal humeral epiphyseal separation in children,which is worthy of promotion.
