Relationship Between Color Doppler Echocardiographic Parameters and Serum Myocardial Enzymes in Type 2 Diabetes Patients with End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To explore the relationship between color doppler echocardiography parameters and serum myocardial enzymes in type 2 diabetes patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods The data of 92 type 2 diabetes patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital were retrospectively analyzed,patients with myocardial injury were included in group A,and patients without myocardial injury were included in group B,the patients in both groups were examined by color doppler echocardiography.The ventricular structural indexes,cardiac function parameters,myocardial enzyme levels of the two groups were compared.The correlation between the ventricular structural indexes and cardiac function parameters of type 2 diabetes patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy and myocardial enzyme levels were analyzed.Results The incidence of myocardial injury in type 2 diabetes patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy was 67.39%,the thickness of the interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),and left atrial diameter(LAD)in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05),the peak early mitral flow velocity(E-peak)/peak late mitral flow velocity(A-peak)(E/A)was lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK)and cardiac troponin I(CTnI)in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The IVST,LVDD and LAD of patients with type 2 diabetes patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy were positively correlated with CK-MB,CK and CTnI levels,respectively(P<0.05),and E/A were negatively correlated with CK-MB,CK and CTnIlevels,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of myocardial injury in patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy at the end-stage is high.The levels of IVST,LVDD,LAD in patients with myocardial injury increase,E/A decreases,and the levels of CK-MB,CK,CTnI decrease.The parameters of ventricular structure and cardiac function were measured by color Doppler echocardiography in patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy in the end-stage,and they are correlated with myocardial enzyme levels.
