Effect of Follow-Up Nursing Model Under Planned Behavior Theory on Blood Lipid Level and Self-management in Patients with Hyperlipidemia
Objective To explore the effect of follow-up nursing model under the theory of planned behavior on blood lipid level and self-management in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 94 patients with hyperlipidemia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(47 cases)by random drawing method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was implemented the tracking nursing mode under the theory of planned behavior on this basis.Disease knowledge, medication compliance(MMAS-8)and blood lipid levels[cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],health beliefs[health belief model scale(CHBMS)],self-management ability[adult health self-management ability scale(AHSMSRS)],health behavior[health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)],mental state[positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)]and quality of life[The World Health Organization's quality of life questionnaire-brief version(WHOQOL-BREF)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The mastery rate of disease knowledge in the experimental group(95.74%)was higher than that in the control group(80.85%)(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, the changes of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, the scores of CHBMS,AHSMSRS,HPLP-Ⅱ and WHOQOL-BREF in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher positive PANAS score and lower negative PANAS score after 6 months of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up nursing model under the theory of planned behavior can improve the self-management ability of patients with hyperlipidemia, improve their medication compliance, improve their blood lipid level, and improve their quality of life.
