Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis After Manual Release Surgery Under Brachial Plexus Anesthesia
Objective To exploring the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with shoulder periarthritis after manual release surgery under brachial plexus anesthesia. Methods Fifty-two patients with shoulder periarthritis admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(26 cases)and an experimental group(26 cases). Both groups received hand release surgery under anesthesia, while control group received routine care and experimental group received rehabilitation care. Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, shoulder pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Constant-Murley score(CMS)were used to evaluate shoulder joint pain and function in two groups of patients, and clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups decreased, and experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05),the CMS score increased, and experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of experimental group after treatment was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing methods, postoperative rehabilitation nursing can promote shoulder joint function recovery and reduce pain.
