Clinical Effect of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Sanfu Herbal Patch in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with San-fu Herbal patch in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods From June 2021 to August 2022,92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris of cold coagulation and blood stasis type who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with San-fu Herbal patch and Gualou Xiebai liquor decoction.The observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with San-fu Herbal patch on the basis of the control group.Before the intervention and one week after the intervention,TCM symptom score and Seattle angina pectoris scale were used for evaluation.Results After the treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the number of angina attacks and the duration of each attack between the two groups in one week(P＜0.05).The score of chest pain,tightness,palpitations,chills,shortness of breath,fatigue,laziness and insomnia dreaminess in observation group was lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of all Seattle angina pectoris in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with San-fu Herbal patch can help improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and promote the recovery of patients.
