Relationship Between Marital Quality and Anxiety,Depression in Gynecological Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with gynecological tumor chemotherapy,analyze the correlation between them and marital quality,and provide theoretical basis for the development of effective intervention measures.Methods A cross-sectional survey were used to select 200 gynecological tumor chemotherapy patients who were hospitalized at Henan Provincial People's Hospital.A general information survey questionnaire,self rating anxiety scale,self rating depression scale,and Olson marriage quality survey questionnaire were used to investigate the anxiety,depression,and marital quality of the patients,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between marital quality and anxiety and depression,while logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression in gynecological tumor patients was 60.0%and 56.0%,respectively.The total score and dimensions of marital quality were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.01).Age,diagnosis time,monthly income,sleep,medical insurance type,and marital quality were influencing factors for anxiety and depression in gynecological tumor chemotherapy patients.Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression in gynecological tumor chemotherapy patients is relatively high.Attention should be paid to psychological evaluation of patients,timely targeted psychological intervention should be carried out,and family support should be strengthened to improve their marital quality and promote their mental health.
