Effect of Transurethral Flexible Ureteroscopy Holmium Laser Incision and Drainage of Parapelvic Cyst on the Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of transurethral flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser incision and drainage of parapelvic cyst on the related indicators and complications of patients with parapelvic cyst. Methods A total of 50 patients with parapelvic cyst admitted to Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to coin toss method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group were received laparoscopic renal parapelvic cyst roof decompression, and observation group were received transurethral ureteral soft scope holmium laser renal pyeloid cyst open drainage.Surgical effects were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the surgical effect(96.00%,80.00%)and the incidence of complications(8.00%,20.00%)between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time, postoperative bed time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-1 β,tumor necrosis factor-α and procalcitonin in the two groups decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser internal incision and drainage surgery can reduce surgical trauma and blood loss, basically produce no stress response, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, which is more beneficial to postoperative recovery.
