Effect of Modified Total Pelvic Floor Reconstruction in Patients with Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of modified total pelvic floor reconstruction in patients with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods A total of 90 patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided equally by envelope method.Control group(45 cases)received traditional total pelvic floor reconstruction, and observation group(45 cases)received modified total pelvic floor reconstruction. The degree of organ prolapse(Aa,Ba,C,D,Ap,Bp),surgical indexes, pelvic floor muscle strength(potential, dynamic tension, static tension, contractile force)and the incidence of complications(urinary incontinence, urinary retention, pain during intercourse, etc.)were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After treatment,Aa,Ba,C,D,Ap and Bp indicated water in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the surgical indexes of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).(4)The incidence of urinary incontinence, urinary retention, dyspunia and other complications in observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than that in control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified total pelvic floor reconstruction can significantly improve the degree of organ prolapse, surgical indexes and pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with pelvic organ prolapse, with high safety and more prominent effects than traditional total pelvic floor reconstruction.
