Practical Study on the Treatment of Spastic Diplegia Children with Multiplayer Rehabilitation Technology Based on ICF-CY Framework
Objective To explore the practical role of multiplayer rehabilitation technology based on the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health for Children and Youth(ICF-CY)in the treatment of children with spastic diplegia. Methods The clinical data of 88 children with spastic diplegia who received rehabilitation treatment in Zhumadian Central Hospital Women's and Children's Hospital from May 2019 to July 2022 were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into routine group and ICF group according to the treatment mode.Forty-two children in routine group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and 46 children in ICF group were treated with multiplayer rehabilitation technology based on ICF-CY architecture, and all of them were treated for 3 months. The scores of D and E areas in 88 items of gross motor function measure scale(GMFM-88),Berg balance scale(BBS)and modified Ashworth scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the ankle dorsiflexion activity and gait function(step speed, step length, rhythm)before and after treatment, and the scores of activity of daily living scale(ADL)evaluation scale for children with cerebral palsy were compared. In addition, the matching of assistive devices and family rehabilitation guidance were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of D and E areas and D+E in GMFM-88 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of D and E areas and D+E in the ICF group after treatment were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The BBS scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the modified Ashworth scale scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the BBS score of the ICF group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05),while the modified Ashworth scale score was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the active and passive ankle dorsiflexion range of motion and step speed, step length and rhythm in two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the active and passive ankle dorsiflexion range of motion and step speed, step length and rhythm after treatment in the ICF group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of ADL in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but that in the ICF group after treatment was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The proportions of assistive device adaptation and family rehabilitation guidance in ICF group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiplayer rehabilitation technology based on ICF-CY architecture can improve the rehabilitation effect of children with spastic diplegia, promote the improvement of lower limb motor function, balance ability, muscle tension, gait function and joint range of motion of children, improve their daily living ability, which has clinical application value.
