Effects of Yiqi Fumai injection lyophilized on Cardiac Function and Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection lyophilized on cardiac function and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 94 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 47 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received routine treatment combined with Yiqi Fumai injection lyophilized treatment. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, cardiac function indicators[left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],MACE,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of main symptoms, secondary symptoms, and tongue pulse in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).LVEDP and LVESV in the two groups were lower than before treatment, while LVEF was higher than before treatment.LVEDP and LVESV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the total incidence of MACE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection lyophilized can improve the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, improve cardiac function, reduce the occurrence of MACE,and have good safety.
