Effect of 4CR Mode of Nursing on Compliance Behavior and Mental State of Patients with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Undergoing Chemotherapy
Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing and follow-up management(4CR)mode of nursing on compliance behavior and mental state of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)undergoing chemotherapy. Methods One hundred patients with DLBCL from December 2021 to December 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected, and divided into a study group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received 4CR mode of nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of compliance behavior,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)score.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were calculated. Results After intervention, compliance behavior scores and QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups increased, and above scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups decreased, and above scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(12.00%)was lower than that in the control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion 4CR mode of nursing can significantly improve compliance behaviors of patients with DLBCL undergoing chemotherapy. In addition, the intervention can help to improve the patients'mental state and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy.
