Effects of IMB Nursing Model on Negative Emotions,Pain and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Aortic Dissection Aneurysm Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of information motivation behavior model(IMB)nursing model on negative emotions,pain,and quality of life in patients undergoing aortic dissecting aneurysm surgery.Methods Sixty patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm who underwent surgery in Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from February to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to a random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given IMB nursing mode.The blood pressure levels,negative emotions,pain scores and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of nursing,the blood pressure level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 months of nursing care,the hospital anxiety and depression scale scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of nursing care,the scores of numerical in both groups gradually decreased,and the pain relief in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of nursing,the self rating scale for quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IMB nursing mode can not only alleviate anxiety and balance blood pressure in aortic dissecting aneurysm patients,but also alleviate pain and improve quality of life.It has significant curative effects and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
