Effects of Incentive Nursing Combined with Virtual Reality Video Health Education in Lung Cancer Patients
Objective To investigate the impact of incentive nursing paired with virtual reality(VR)video health education in lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with lung cancer admitted to Zhengdong District of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention.The observation group received incentive nursing combined with VR video health education intervention.The intervention lasted for 3 months.Psychological status,compliance,and quality of life and sleep were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality decreased in both groups,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(94.34%vs.81.13%,P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were increased,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of incentive nursing and VR video health education can improve patients'adverse psychological state,improve treatment compliance,improve quality of life and sleep quality.
