Objective Establish a set of scientific,sensitive,operable and representative nursing quality sensitive indicators in fever clinics to provide reference for nursing managers to evaluate and improve the nursing quality in fever clinics.Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality model of"structure-process-result"as the theory,the nursing quality sensitive indicators of fever clinics were preliminarily screened through literature review,analysis and group discussion.From October to December 2022 the fever clinic nursing quality sensitive index system was constructed by using the Delphi expert letter consultation method.Results The sensitive index of nursing quality in fever clinics includes 3 first-level indicators,and 19 second-level indicators,including the proportion of infectious specialty nurses,qualified rate of nursing staff training,intact rate of air disinfection facilities and equipment,and qualified rate of environmental hygiene monitoring.Positive factors of two consultation experts were 90.91％and 100.00％,authority coefficient was 0.78,0.79,and Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.203-0.715(P＜0.01).The coefficient of variation ranged from 0.08-0.22.Conclusion The sensitive index of nursing quality of fever clinic constructed in this study has the characteristics of fever clinic nursing,strong practicability,can scientifically and can measure the quality of nursing work of fever clinic comprehensively,and can better guide the quality control work of fever clinic.
