Comparison of Effects of Different Gastrointestinal Decompression Methods in Patients with Moderate and Severe Acute Pancreatitis Complicated with Paralytic Ileus
Objective To investigate the effect of different gastrointestinal decompression methods in patients with moderate severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)complicated with paralytic ileus(PI).Methods From May 2020 to May 2022,96 patients with moderate SAP combined with PI in the hospital were divided according to random number table method, the control group(48 patients)were given traditional gastrointestinal decompression, and the observation group(48 patients)were given improved intestinal obstruction catheter catheterization technology. The effect of decompression, the recovery of gastrointestinal function, the degree of inflammatory reaction and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results After intervention, the reduction degree of abdominal circumference, internal abdominal pressure and average daily drainage rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first exhaust, defecation, eating and extubation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time required for leukocyte, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein to return to normal level in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.25%)was lower than that(20.83%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved intestinal obstruction catheter catheterization technique can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with moderate SAP combined with PI,shorten the time required for the inflammation level to return to normal level, improve the effect of gastrointestinal decompression with less adverse reactions.
