Effect of Qushi Huayu Decoction Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pack in Patients with Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis
Objective To investigate the effects of Qushi Huayu decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine pack on venous patency,coagulation function and recurrence rate of patients with deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods The medical records of lower limb DVT patients admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected,and 68 patients were divided into two groups according to treatment plans,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,based on this control group was given external application of traditional Chinese medicine pack,the study group was given external application of traditional Chinese medicine pack and Qushi Huayu decoction internal administration.The effect of venous patency,hemorheology[high cut whole blood viscosity(H-WBV),plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT)],coagulation function[fibrinogen(Fib),activited partial thomboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)],serum plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(serpine1),von Willebrand factor(vWF),Kruppel-like transcription factor(KLF2)levels and 1-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,H-WBV,PV,HCT,Fib,serpine1 and vWF in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while PT,APTT and KLF2 were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The 1-year recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qushi Huayu decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine pack has a significant effect in the treatment of lower limb DVT,which may improve coagulation function and hemorheology,prevent thrombosis and reduce recurrence rate by regulating the expression of serpine1,vWF,KLF2 and other factors.
