Effect of Henggu Bone Injury Healing Agent Combined with Celecoxib on Postoperative Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective To investigate the effect of Henggu bone injury healing agent combined with celecoxib on postoperative lumbar disc herniation. Methods Eighty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent surgery in the hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study. The patients were divided into a control group treated with celecoxib and a study group treated with Henggu bone healing agent according to the random number table method. With 43 patients in each group. The two groups were compared in terms of effectiveness, pain scores, levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),as well as lumbar dysfunction score and adverse effects. Results The study group's total effective rate(95.35%)was higher than that(81.40%)in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no statistical difference in the two groups'pain scores, the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,prostaglandin E2 and 5-hydroxytryptamine(P>0.05).After three months of intervention, there was a statistically difference between the two group in pain scores, the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,prostaglandin E2 and 5-hydroxytryptamine,and the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,There was no statistical difference in waist dysfunction scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the waist dysfunction scores of the two groups after 3 months of intervention was improved, and the study group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse responses of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Henggu bone injury healing agent combined with celecoxib can enhance the therapeutic effect, reduce neuropathic pain after lumbar disc herniation, improve lumbar function, reduce inflammation, and will not increase adverse reactions, relatively safe.
