Application of Optimized Flushing Process Based on Multi-point Feedback in Postoperative Nursing Management of Urology Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of optimized flushing process based on multi-point feedback in postoperative nursing management of urology surgery. Methods This study was a historical controlled study. The data of 52 patients with urological surgery who performed routine nursing management from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group. The data of 55 patients with urology surgery who performed process management based on multi-point feedback optimization from July to December 2022 were selected as the study group. The occurrence of adverse events(bladder spasms, secondary bleeding and blocked urinary catheters),the amount of flushing fluid used, comfort level and quality of care were compared between two groups. Results There were 5 cases of bladder spasms,1 case of secondary bleeding, and 2 cases of urethral obstruction in the study group. The total incidence of adverse events was 14.55%(8/55).The control group had 10 cases of bladder spasms,3 cases of secondary bleeding, and 3 cases of urethral obstruction. The total incidence of adverse events was 30.77%(16/52).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of flushing fluid used by the study group patients was less than that of the control group, and the scores of comfort scale, nursing accessibility, proactive service, humanistic care, health education and nursing quality were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of optimized flushing process based on multi-point feedback in postoperative nursing management of urology can reduce the incidence of adverse events, reduce the amount of flushing fluid, improve patient comfort, and improve postoperative nursing quality.
