Value of Ultrasound Three-Dimensional Volume Imaging Combined with Shear Wave Elastography in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound three-dimensional volume imaging combined with shear wave elastography(SWE)in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial lesions were selected from People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from August 2019 to July 2022.All patients received ultrasound three-dimensional volume imaging and SWE examination after admission. The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the value of ultrasound three-dimensional volume imaging, shear wave elastography, and combined diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Results According to biopsy or postoperative pathological examination results,a total of 75 cases of benign lesions and 25 cases of malignant lesions were confirmed in 100 patients with endometrial lesions.Among them,33 cases of benign uterine diseases were endometrial polyp,18 cases of endometrial hyperplasia without atypical hyperplasia,12 cases of submucous leiomyoma of uterus, and 12 cases of others(adenomyosis, uterine adenomyoma, endometritis, etc). All malignant lesions were endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The sensitivity and accuracy of joint diagnosis were the highest, followed by SWE and ultrasound three-dimensional volume imaging. The diagnostic efficacy of the three methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Kappa consistency test showed that the combination of ultrasound three-dimensional volume imaging and SWE in diagnosing different endometrial lesions showed good consistency with biopsy or postoperative pathological examination results(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ultrasound three-dimensional volume imaging and SWE has high clinical value in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions, which can improve the diagnostic value of different types of endometrial lesions.
