Correlation Between CT Signs and Expression of P53,E-cadherin and TGF-β1 Protein Expression in Patients with Lung Adenocarcinoma
Objective To explore the the computed tomography(CT)signs of lung adenocarcinoma patients and their correlation with tissue tumor suppressor genes(P53),epithelial cadherin(E-cadherin)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1).Methods A total of 97 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who were underwent surgical resection in Xinxiang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and the expression of P53,E-cadherin and TGF-β1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between CT signs and P53,E-cadherin and TGF-β1 protein expression was analyzed by Siemens 64-row multilayer helical CT enhancement scan before surgery. Results The positive expression rate of P53 and TGF-β1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues, and the positive expression rate of E-cadherin was lower than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of P53 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues with spike sign, burr sign and lobulation sign CT sign was higher than that without spike sign, burr sign and lobulation sign CT sign(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in lung adenocarcinoma tissues with spinous signs and burr signs was lower than that without spinous signs and burr signs in CT(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of TGF-β 1 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues with vascular bundle sign, burr sign and lobulation sign CT sign was higher than that without vascular bundle sign, burr sign, and lobulated CT sign(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of P53 and TGF-β1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues is increased, and the expression of E-cadherin is reduced, and the positive expression rate is correlated with CT signs in lung adenocarcinoma patients.
