Effect of Guided Imagination Relaxation Combined with Authorized Education on Health Behavior,Vision and Intraocular Pressure of Patients with Cataract and Glaucoma after Surgery
Objective To observe the effect of guided imagination relaxation combined with authorized education on health behavior, vision and intraocular pressure of patients with cataract and glaucoma after surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients(158 eyes)with cataract and glaucoma who underwent surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected, and divided into the study group and the control group, with 60 patients(79 eyes)in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received guided imagination relaxation combined with authorized education on this basis.Health behaviors, vision, intraocular pressure,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. The incidence of complications during intervention was calculated. Results After intervention, the health behavior scores and vision of the two groups increased, and the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth,SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups decreased, and these indicators of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided imagination relaxation combined with authorized education can promote patients with cataract and glaucoma to develop healthy behaviors after surgery, which is conducive to improving vision, intraocular pressure and mental state, and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
