Application of Operating Room Nursing Under Evidence-Based Standardized Operation Process in Patients Undergoing Retroperitoneal Resection of Large Tumors
Objective To explore the application of operating room nursing under evidence-based standardized operation process(SOP)in patients undergoing retroperitoneal resection of large tumors. Methods A total of 66 patients undergoing retroperitoneal resection of large tumors in the Clinical Medical College of Henan University of Science and Technology were retrospectively enrolled from April 2022 to March 2023.According to different nursing methods in operating room, they were divided into routine group(34 cases, routine nursing)and SOP group(32 cases, operating room nursing under evidence-based SOP).The clinical indexes(intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time),psychological state[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),symptom check list-90(SCL-90)]before and after intervention, adverse events during nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospitalization time in SOP group were lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no differences in scores of HAMD,HAMA and SCL-90 between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, scores of HAMD,HAMA and SCL-90 in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in SOP group than routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in SOP group was lower than that in routine group[6.25%(2/32)vs 26.47%(9/34),P<0.05],and nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in routine group[96.88%(31/32)vs 79.41%(27/34),P<0.05].Conclusion Application effect of operating room nursing under evidence-based SOP is good in patients undergoing retroperitoneal resection of large tumors, which can improve clinical indexes, postoperative pain and psychological state, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
