Application Effect of PRECEDE-PROCEED Nursing Model on Patients with Gestational Hypertension Based on the Results of Regression Analysis
Objective To explore application effect of PRECEDE-PROCEED nursing model on patients with gestational hypertension based on the results of regression analysis. Methods A total of 200 patients with gestational hypertension who received obstetric nursing care in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from 2020 to 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the research group received individualized, systematic and continuous health education and intervention based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED nursing model created according to the regression analysis results on the basis of routine nursing care. The blood pressure control, complication rate, satisfaction and other indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as pre-eclampsia,eclampsia and placental abruption in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Creating PRECEDE-PROCEED nursing model based on regression analysis results can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with gestational hypertension, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the satisfaction of patients, and is a nursing method worthy of promotion.
