Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Mode in the Treatment of Neonatal Gross Ⅲ Esophageal Atresia with Thoracoscopy
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing mode on the thoracoscopy treatment of neonatal Gross Ⅲ esophageal atresia. Methods The study population consisted of 58 neonates with Gross Ⅲ esophageal atresia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 and January 2021.All patients were monitored for more than two years. They were randomly divided into control group(27 case)and observation group(31 cases). The control group received standard nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive perioperative nursing care.Perioperative related indicators, perioperative body temperature and incidence of complications between two groups were compared. Results All 58 patients underwent surgery successfully and were followed up.There were statistical differences between the two groups in terms of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hospital stay time, neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)stay time, postoperative mechanical ventilation time, nursing satisfaction, weight gain, perioperative body temperature and perioperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative comprehensive nursing mode in the treatment of newborn Gross Ⅲ esophageal atresia with thoracoscopy has a good effect, which can effectively improve the nursing effect, promote the postoperative recovery of children, and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications.
