目的 描述护士灾害准备度研究热点及动态,为我国相关研究提供参考.方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库2002-2023年有关护士灾害准备度相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对文献发文量、发文国家、机构、关键词进行可视化分析,并通过突现词识别前沿领域和研究热点.结果 共纳入2 398篇文献,发文量呈现逐步上升的趋势,美国在护士灾害准备度研究领域处于领军地位,研究热点为灾害教育和培训、灾后重建、护士对自然灾害、生物恐怖主义、公共卫生事件的应急准备.结论 护士灾害准备度日益受到护理研究人员的关注,今后需加强不同国家、机构之间合作,针对不同灾害类型,采取多种培训方式,提高护士灾害准备度.
Visualization Analysis on Disaster Preparedness of Nurses Study Based on Web of Science
Objective To explore the research focus and trends of nurses'disaster preparedness,and provide reference basis for related research in China.Methods The database of Web of Science from 2002 to 2022 was searched for the relevant literature on nurses'disaster preparedness.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the publication volume,the country and institution of the document,the author,and the key words,and to identify the frontier fields and research hotspots through the highlighted words.Results There were 2 398 references were included.The volume of documents showed an upward trend.The research on nurses'disaster preparedness in the United States was in the leading position.The research focuses were nurses'disaster preparedness education and training,post-disaster reconstruction,and nurses'emergency preparedness for natural disasters,bioterrorism,and public health events.Conclusion Nurses'disaster preparedness has attracting attention from nursing researchers.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between different countries,institutions and authors,and adopt various training methods for different types of disasters to improve nurses'disaster preparedness.
