Value of Coronary Artery CT Angiography in Predicting Left Ventricular Remodeling and Long-Term Cardiovascular Adverse Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the value of coronary artery CT angiography in predicting left ventricular remodeling and long-term cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and followed up for 1 year. They were divided into left ventricular remodeling group(26 cases)and non-left ventricular remodeling group(94 cases)based on the occurrence of left ventricular remodeling.According to the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, they were divided into occurrence group(24 cases)and non-occurrence group(96 cases). The results of coronary artery CT angiography in different groups of patients were compared, and the value of coronary artery CT angiography in predicting left ventricular remodeling and long-term cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results There were differences in the degree of coronary artery stenosis and high-risk plaque characteristics between the left ventricular remodeling group and the non-left ventricular remodeling group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total plaque volume, calcified plaque volume,non-calcified plaque volume, lesion length and plaque load between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that coronary artery CT angiography had higher value in predicting left ventricular remodeling and long-term cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion Coronary artery CT angiography has higher value in predicting left ventricular remodeling and long-term cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease.
