Application of Fuzheng Zhuyu Formula Combined with 2HRZE/4HR Scheme in the Treatment of Yin deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients
Objective To explore application efficacy of Fuzheng Zhuyu formula combined with 2HRZE/4HR scheme in treat with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 106 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 53 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with 2HRZE/4HR anti tuberculosis regimen,while the study group received treatment with Fuzheng Zhuyu Formula combined with 2HRZE/4HR regimen.The efficacy,sputum bacterial conversion rate,immune function[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in both groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher in comparison with control group(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the sputum bacteria conversion rate in the study group was higher after 3 months of treatment(P＜0.05),the difference was not statistically significant in the conversion rate of sputum bacteria between the two groups after 6 months of treatment(P＞0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the serum levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in both groups increased,and compared with control group,the study group was higher(P＜0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuzheng Zhuyu formula and 2HRZE/4HR regimen has a definite therapeutic effect on Yin deficiency and blood stasis type pulmonary tuberculosis.It can promote the conversion of sputum bacteria to negative,improve the body's immune function,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
